SARAL has a team of 28 professionals having 20 + years of experience in relative field. We are providing solutions to 400+ clients across country through reliable tie-ups. Even though we are a young company still we have strong references , recognition from our OEM’s and customers. We have trained engineers to provide timely and efficient services to exiting clients and suggesting solutions as per the requirement . We have hierarchy of people comprising of Managers, Sr. Support Manager & Field Service Executive spread across Pre Sales, Sales and after Sales operations . we also take care in sales & service to have maximum satisfaction of our customers

Mr. Shital Desai is one the founding members of Satyam Group, an entity set up in the year 2000. All along his career he has been spearheading the development of realty projects of varied sizes across the state. He is also involved in formulation of the group's strategy on organization design, operation and maintenance approaches. His vision and strategic thinking have contributed to Satyam Group overcoming numerous challenges.

He is widely respected for his expertise and achievements in the Construction industry. His calm but result-oriented demeanor is appreciated far and wide. His expertise in project planning and execution continue to give him a firm direction to Satyam Group’s strategic growth. Under his guidance Satyam Developers Ltd. actively seeks growth by investing in a variety of systematically identified businesses, making it a well-diversified conglomerate with interest in a range of projects such as Residential, Premium Condominiums, Commercial complexes, Integrated Modern Townships and Malls. Mr. Viral Patel is a versatile and skilled Management professional with excellent hands-on experience in management .An assertive manager with outstanding interpersonal, communications, negotiation and people management skills. He has directed the startup of a new corporate office in 180 days and has took over day-to-day management including staffing, training, purchasing, cost control, facilities, maintenance, advertising, customer relations, marketing and customer relationship development. He has 15+ years of experience and has been delivering services with excellence. Apart from his expertise in managing people and various other aspects, he has also established, maintained and coordinated the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures and analyzed and reviewed budgets and expenditures for local, state, federal, and private funding, contracts, and grants.

He is taking care of administration and finance operations to the core.

Business Head

Mr. Shailendra Pant naturally dynamic and aggressive is the mainstay of the company taking care of day to day field operations of the organization , he was a Regional Head & Profit Centre Head handling branch operations of APC Authorized Business Partner at Ahmedabad and was providing solutions to High Profile Clientele through able support of APC by Schneider Electric.

His key strengths are Key Account Management / Institutional & Government Sales / Business Development & Client Relationship Management.

He has 23+ years of experience and has achieved consistent success in achieving revenues and goal deliveries for employers. He is competent at coordinating/guiding/leading highly skilled and cross-functional teams, in liasoning & designing business solutions, for interfaces like B2B accounts, Key Accounts as well as free market. He is an effective analyst, problem-solver and a skilled relationship developer.
